Send the brand, model and error code
If you can safely see the label or display, send a photo of it. Do not dismantle the machine just to find a model number.
Show the hose area
A photo of the drain hose, water inlet and floor around the machine helps show whether the issue may involve installation, leakage or appliance repair.
Describe when it fails
Mention whether the washer stops before spin, leaves water in the drum, shows an error code or leaks during use.
